This is my understanding, can people expand what it actually is cos i wanna know it Very Happy

No idea if this is right but it looks similar to what people have said.

Edit:

Added in liquid flame as per reeds post, obs i don't know how energy was/necessity for the 3rd spike skill so shout.

Dropped harriers toss/wild throw for fall back and SoC on rit. Ran it at Spawning 12+1+1 Spear 11 and Communing 6+1 but with command now i think Spawning 11+1+1 Spear 10 Command 9 and Communing 4+1. Gives 6 second breakpoint on weapon and 8 second fall back.
