Having not played the game for a while, i have no idea what the necro bars are (i assumed its something like what i used)...
also made it quite hard to counter something that im not sure what ppl run on each prof...

Basically a balancedish build setup, with martyr, anti spirit and a minor snare (enough for a ritualist or sin out of range of a monk)

The Mesmer build is basically designed to include shutdown, without the ping dependence that lots of ppl cry about, as well as giving support to monks with some condi remove.
