Basically put IoP + Glimmering on a target, assasin jump it, add seeping wound + combo as well as renewing surge and the target will then take 84 damage per second just from 4 skills, add in the attack skills + deepwound, should result in a very dead target.
4monk builds would make this a difficult thing to win with, however a normal tripple melee should struggle to have the hex remove to remove the 3 key hexes quickly enough to then have enough healing to keep someone alive. Bear in mind Word Of Healing can heal 51 health per second...
