(doesnt matter what prot bar you run imo [generally i hate life sheath] xD)
but ye since heal party was buffed that you dnt need healers boon, rawr woh flaggers for strong split!
Basically the mesmer, sin and monk split, thus they cant defend with just a flagger, mainly due to the pleaks and blackout / gale, while wail of doom + a ranger + hammer warrior, means if the woh monk is left alone by the prot, he is likely to die as well, so a tricky split to react to
