You'll Really want Prot Def (4 Targets Balling vs derv?) and a BIP in that Build lol
Take out Death's Charge - that Skill sucks balls with the Aftercast. Should give the Smite-Monks at least 1 non-elite Skill so they might be able to be on their own facing a Split. Also you'll just get destroyed without weapons and Aegis is required in Spikes.
